Orbis Cascade Alliance Committees

RSF Team, January 2019 - present (chair since July 2019): Host monthly open calls, oversees standing and project groups within RSF purview, distributes monthly release notes.

Summit Standing Group, 2016 – June 2019 (chair July 2018 - June 2019): Consortial working group consisting of 4-7 members across Alliance institutions. Performs monthly Alma release testing, and delivers information via open calls. Facilitates discussions and presentations at annual meeting. Writes and updates consortial documentation, which has been adopted by other consortia as well.

Shared Resources Joint Project Group, 2018. Short-term project group designing a consortial community needs survey to better understand trends in digital resource sharing, collection development policies and its impact on patron experience. Culminated in a report published online. Data interpretation is ongoing.

Resource Sharing and Fulfillment (RSF) Mentor, 2018 – July 2019. Part of the RSF Mentorship Pilot Program. Underwent training to co-lead a mentorship group of 5 mentees. Training mentees in collaborative group work and consortial policies.

Other Committee Work

Northwest Interlibrary Loan Conference Planning Committee, 2017 – present. Twice-monthly meetings to plan the annual NWILL conference. Manage registration and assist with programming, marketing, and more.
