Welcome to the OSU-Cascades Library

The library at OSU-Cascades is located in Tykeson Hall, room 202 and offers a variety of individual and collaborative study spaces, printing and scanning options, computer access, and more. 

Resources

In addition to our library staff, you can also get help via chat online with the OSU-Corvallis librarians.

Using your ONID login OSU community members have access to:

  • Library 1Search – Search across thousands of books, journals, newspapers, and government resources.
  • Databases – Research is more than just books and articles; take a look at maps, market reports, and citation connections within our many databases.

Borrowing

The OSU-Cascades library offers physical items from the latest scientific articles, to e-books, to popular fiction; this is also where you’ll find course reserve materials from your instructors, including certain textbooks. Books can also be requested from other institutions through Summit or Interlibrary Loan.

In addition to books and course reserves, the library also offers a variety of equipment and materials that members of the OSU community can borrow ranging from laptops to colored pencils.

Studying

At the OSU-Cascades library there is an open study space that is a considerate study area that all members of the OSU community can use.

The library currently offers 3 individual study rooms that members of the OSU community can use when they need a quiet space to focus on work.
