How it Works

The large format printer is available to print oversize items like posters or displays that support academic endeavors (i.e. no personal printing for purposes outside of classwork.)

  • You can choose a standard 20# paper, great for temporary posters or displays, or ask for our matte coated paper which is a more sturdy choice perfect for research posters.
  • Students at any level (undergrad, grad, etc) may create one free print per assignment requiring a large format item. Student clubs may print up to 4 posters per event, we ask that you use our standard paper.
  • Posters should be saved as PDFs to ensure that your formatting is not changed when transferring to the printing computer.

When you arrive at the library, check in at the front desk. Staff will assist you with printing. Before printing, make sure that everything looks correct on the screen.

If you have any questions, please contact the Library Front Desk at 541-322-2079 or via email at library@osucascades.edu.
