Marine Science Day is coming up this weekend in Newport.Admission is free, and you’ll get to meet some of the scientists and see the research going on at the Hatfield Marine Science Center.
Congratulations to three sets of OSU library faculty who submitted individual Learning Innovation Grants as part of the campus-wide solicitation. The LIG Review Team thought well enough of these proposals that they decided to address the project through another funding source—the Technology Commons Fund. Stefanie Buck and Jane Nichols, Uta Hussong-Christian with Victoria Heiduschke and Teresa Preddy, and Clara Llebot with Hui Zhang and Michael Boock.

Monograph Acquisitions LT3 – The search is closed and two individuals have been hired: Sarah Viscuso and Debbie Du Tell.They start Monday, April 16th.
Science Librarian – The search for this position has been canceled due to having a small pool of applicants. The PD is being reconfigured and should be finalized in the next week.
