ILL material should be returned to the same location where you picked it up from. For example, if you picked it up at the OSU-Cascades Library in Tykeson 202, that is where you should return it.
If you need to ship the item back to the library, please be aware that you are responsible for that item until we receive it. It is recommended that you ask your shipping vendor for tracking options and insurance coverage.

Overdue Fines
Interlibrary Loan materials accrue overdue and lost book charges for all patrons.
Overdue: 50ยข per day up to $20.00
Recalls* (overdue): $2.00 per day
Lost ILL item: $100 lost item fee plus accrued fines
*Recalled ILL items are items for which the lending library has asked for the immediate return.
Intentionally returning ILL material late negatively impacts our relationship with the lending library which can hurt our ability to get material from that library in the future.
