The Thomas John Autzen Electronic Classroom was created through donor funding to provide an enhanced electronic classroom for library related instruction for students. It may be used for other individual class sessions, presentations, or workshops after the first 6 weeks of a term.
The Autzen Classroom provides a hands-on setting with 12 networked PC student workstations, 6 projectors and 6 display screens arranged around the room. Up to 20 additional Chromebook laptops may be requested. Moveable tables provide seating for another 36 students; total seating capacity in Autzen is 48 people. There are traditional white boards for more informal discussions.
