Guidelines

  • Students, faculty and staff: sign up on the calendars posted on the study room doors.
  • Time slots are limited to 3 hours per day.
  • There is a 10 minute grace period for room reservations. If you do not show up within that time, your reservation is forfeited.
  • Rooms can be scheduled up to 2 weeks in advance. For testing, and other special circumstances please contact us.
  • Please be mindful of your allotted time, as other students might be waiting for a room.
  • While the rooms are great for group work they are not soundproof, so please be aware of your noise level. The open learning commons space has a great set up for group work.
