International Women's Day Exhibit

Wednesday, March 8th is International Women's Day. According to the International Women's Day website it is "a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity." At the heart of International Women's Day is the concept of feminism. According to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, feminism is "the theory of the political, economic, and social equality of the sexes."

This week our Serendipity Exhibit highlights everything women, from feminism, and gender, to crime and home birthing. Below you'll find a full list of items, plus some ebook options as well.
