workshop, "How Did We Get Into This Mess? Copyright and Its
Discontents."  Kevin L. Smith, Director of Copyright and
Scholarly Communications at Duke University will be discussing copyright andy
explaining why the law has been so unable
to respond to the challenges of the digital age.

In celebration of Black
History Month, Hannah Mahoney, OSU Special Collections and Archives
Research Center Student Worker, has curated the display “Creating an Archival
Collection: St. Philip the Deacon Episcopal Parish Records.” The display
showcases the history of the parish in addition to the collaborative effort to
preserve that history through the creation of an archival collection of the
church’s records.
